The Empathy Lab
The Empathy Lab is a curated collection of clinical, educational, therapeutic, and organizational tools designed to strengthen empathy, support neurodiversity, and develop effective leadership. It integrates psychological insight with practical methods that help individuals and organizations better understand diverse ways of thinking and build more inclusive, collaborative environments.
The Empathy Ring
Empathy Ring is an interactive communication simulation designed to help people better understand how different minds interpret the same conversation.
Grounded in research on the double empathy problem, the platform places two participants in a structured scenario where they practice navigating ambiguity, differing communication styles, and social uncertainty.
Through guided interaction and reflection, Empathy Ring helps users build mutual understanding, psychological safety, and stronger relational alignment across neurotypes, roles, and perspectives.
Operation Empathy
Operation Empathy is a simulation-based training platform designed to improve communication and therapeutic alliance between clinicians and neurodivergent patients. Through interactive clinical scenarios, the platform helps providers recognize communication differences, reduce interpretive bias, and build stronger relational alignment. Operation Empathy combines validated communication constructs with dyadic interaction modeling to help clinicians practice navigating complex patient interactions in a safe, structured environment.
The Focus Lab
